Te ha pasado alguna vez esto:

E: No se pudo abrir el fichero de bloqueo ‘/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/’ – open (13 Permiso denegado)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/xxx/xxx/xxx/), are you root?
